Sweet Potato Casserole

2 large cans of sweet potatoes (about 3 cups mashed)
2/3 cup sugar
6 TBS butter
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Beat all ingredients together.  Pour into casserole dish.

Topping:
1 cup nuts
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
Cut together with two knives.  Sprinkle topping over the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until set.

*You can also use marshmallows instead of nut topping.  If you use marshmallows, put them on the sweet potatoes  the last 10 minutes of baking.
** I usually do half of the nut topping and then marshmallows on the other half.
