Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 c very warm water
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs salt
- 2 Tbs cooking oil
- 6 c floud
- 2 Tbs (2 pkgs) dry yeast
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Dissolve yeast in water. Add all but flour and mix with mixer. Add flour until too thick to use mixer and then use your hands (knead in bowl). Use a little more flour than what is asked for...until it does not stick to the side of the bowl anymore. Cover with saran wrap. Let rise for 10 mins. Punch down and recover. Do this 5 times. After 5th punch, spray counter top and hands and dump on counter. Cut into 2 equal parts. Shape into 2 loaves. Slit 3 times with knife on top. Spread mixed egg on top of bread and add seeds. Let rise about 10 mins. Bake at 375 for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
