Ritz Cracker Chicken

3 cups of chopped cooked chicken (I usually boil the chicken to cook it)
1 can of cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers
1/4 cup butter, melted

Combine the first four ingredients; spoon into a lightly greased baking dish.  Combine crushed crackers and butter, and sprinkle over the chicken mixture.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.  About 4 servings
I usually make rice and serve it together and it feeds my family.
